Hello, this is Katherine Adamson. Welcome to New Joyful Life!
You may wonder who I am and why I am writing about a New Joyful Life.
To be brief, I experienced and witnessed abuse, physical and emotional, as a very young child and throughout my growing-up years. Yet I also had a lot of love and good experiences. Because I had both, I shut out the bad and focused on the good.
It wasn’t until I went through a shocking divorce that I realized I’d married a man so much like my father, one who lived a double life and had a hidden dark side. I felt horrified that the abuse had made its way into my adult life, something I’d determined would not happen!
Then I entered into a rebound marriage, plummeting downward for years into a spiral of contention, depression and low self-esteem. This negatively affected my children and our relationship. It was something I struggled against for many years. These were great trials, but I kept pushing forward to find answers and hope.
I knew that I was capable of living a much happier, more fulfilling life than the one I was living.
A New Joyful Life.
I’ve come a long way and want to share what I’ve learned with you. I want others who may feel hopeless, as I once did, to find their own hope. There is light at the end of the tunnel! I am now happily married to a faithful, devoted and adoring husband, who honors me and who honors God. Together we are creating our own New Joyful Life.

1. Connect with your divine nature. You are UNIQUE and therefore Priceless! Rediscover your worth.
2. Heal from the past. Through tools such as Forgiveness and Gratitude, it is possible to move on! Improve health and heal physically and emotionally with new HealthHabits.
3. Set systems and HealthHabits in place for safety and healing.
4. Identify and use your special Gifts and Life Purpose to live a fulfilling life!
